The breakfast is always great. There was a slight issue with the charges on our credit card, which Ike, the manager, fixed very quickly. Delmer, the maintenance man, is always friendly and helpful.

Staff are welcoming, accommodating and friendly. The hotel is right off the I81 so very easy to locate and right by many food options for fast food and a few restaurants within a 2 minute drive. Fantastic location for the fair grounds if you are heading to an event. I've rated a 10 out of 10. This is a budget hotel and I've stayed at many, as such this is a 10 compared to other hotels of the same caliber such as Marriott and Country Inn etc. Staff are great, facilities are great in having a pool and a small gym. Very clean throughout the hotel and the rooms where spotless. Beds very comfortable. Can't really go wrong and a good saving to the other two hotels in the area.

Pool was well kept and so were the rooms. The location was also nice. The lobby offered available maps to local breweries restaurants river access points and areas of the local National Park. Staff also was very friendly.

The pool was small, but nice. There was popcorn in lobby when we checked in, which was an unexpected treat. Everything else was clean and well kept but a little dated.

Location off of 81 is ideal. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The beds were comfortable. The breakfast was good and a good variety to choose from.

Everything: Room, Staff, Pool, Location...convenient to everything, yet off the main traffic, backs up to a fairground and surrounded by mountain views, yet can walk in another direction and walk to fast food.

Location was close to interstate, food, shopping and most importantly right behind the venue we were attending. This is the 2nd year we have been here and plan to return again. Everything you need at a very close distance.

Staff was nice and we enjoyed watching the horse racing next door. There’s also a very nice mountain view all around.
